How I work

I learn the AI so you don't have to.

You run a business, not a software company. I do the research, build the systems, and hand you something that just works. Plain English, no jargon, no lock-in.

The principle

Nothing reaches your business until it has worked on mine.

Every system I recommend has already run on my own events brand, Busspepper, with its messy data and real paying customers. You get the version that survived a real business, not an experiment run on yours.

Plain English, always

I never hand you a dashboard you can't read. Every system comes with a one-page guide and a short video, written for a busy owner, not an engineer.

You keep the keys

Every login, account and file is set up in your name from day one. If we stop working together, nothing switches off and nothing is held hostage.

Start small, prove it, then scale

We fix one thing first and make sure it actually works before touching the next. No big-bang rebuild you can't reverse if you change your mind.

The process

From "where do I even start" to done, in four steps.

  1. 1

    A free 20-minute call

You tell me what's eating your time and where the business feels stuck. I tell you honestly whether I can help and roughly what it would cost. No pitch, no obligation. You'll get a one-page note of what I heard by the next day.

  2. 2

The Systems Audit — £495, one working week

I map how your business runs today, the brand, the website and the busywork nobody has time for, and hand you a clear plan: what to fix first, what it will cost, and what it will save. The £495 comes off any build you book within 30 days. See the audit week, day by day →

  3. 3

    The build

We agree the priorities together, then I design and build the systems one at a time. You get a short update every Friday, even when the update is "nothing changed this week."

  4. 4

    Handover

You get every login in your name, a one-page guide and a short video for each system, and a training session for anyone who touches it. Then 30 days of support while it beds in.

  5. Optional: Systems Care

If you'd rather someone kept an eye on it, Systems Care is £350 a month with a one-page monthly report. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Most owners take it for three months after a build, then decide.
