Four ways I help small businesses run smarter. One price to start.

Every engagement starts with an audit, then pulls from these four pillars — only ever the ones your business actually needs. The tools always fit your business, never the other way around.

01

AI-Powered Operations

Automation

The parts of the business that used to eat your evenings — order-taking, bookings, admin — rebuilt as automated systems using whichever tools actually fit how your business runs, not whichever tool is trending. So the business runs whether or not you're behind the counter.

  • Ordering & booking automation
  • Operations backbones (right-fit tools)
  • Workflow automation
  • Subscription & payment setup
  • Team handover & training
02

Brand & Positioning

Strategy + Identity

A clear-eyed audit of how your brand looks, sounds, and competes — then a rebuild: naming and trademark/domain screening, positioning, visual identity, and brand guidelines your whole team can actually use.

  • Brand audit
  • Naming & trademark screening
  • Visual identity & logo
  • Brand guidelines
  • Competitor positioning
03

Website & Digital Presence

Design + Build

A website that earns its keep — built around how your customers actually decide, not just how the business looks on paper. Every build starts with a competitor and platform audit so the recommendation fits your budget and team.

  • Competitor & market audit
  • Conversion-focused design
  • Website build or rebuild
  • Platform recommendation
  • Ongoing optimisation
04

Growth & Marketing Automation

Sales + Retention

Consistent, low-effort marketing that keeps customers coming back — email and social flows, review requests, and campaign automation built once and left to run.

  • Email & SMS flows
  • Social content systems
  • Review & referral automation
  • Campaign calendars

One fixed price to find out what's actually costing you.

Every engagement starts the same way: a week inside your business, in numbers. No open-ended quotes, no "it depends" until you've seen the report. Nothing is billed by the hour.

2 Step 2

Quick Win Build

from £1,800

2–3 weeks · fixed price, scoped from the audit

One system, built and handed over. Online ordering, bookings, review and referral automation, email flows, or a brand refresh. You test it on real orders before it goes live.

3 Step 3

Full Rebuild

from £4,500

6–8 weeks · 50% to start, 50% at go-live

Brand, website and one operations system, built together so they actually fit. Weekly demo, written handover, 30 days of support included.

+ Ongoing

Systems Care

£350 / month

Rolling · 30 days' notice

Someone watching it, fixing the small things, and a one-page monthly report. Most owners take it for three months after a build, then decide.

All prices exclude VAT. Third-party tool subscriptions (e.g. Shopify, Brevo) are billed to you directly and always in your name, never mine.

What actually happens in the audit week.

Before day one you fill in a 10-question intake form and share access to the tools you already use. Then:

Day 1–2

I watch you do it

A 60–90 minute shadow session, in person or on screen-share. I watch the chore, time it, count the steps and ask why.

Day 2–3

I put numbers on it

Every chore and leak goes into one table: who does it, how often, how long, and what it costs you each month.

Day 3–4

I research the fixes

The realistic options, what they cost and what could go wrong. Anything I haven't used myself gets tested on my own business first.

Day 5

You get the readout

A 45-minute call and a Findings & Roadmap document, five pages at most, with a price against every item.

  • Time & Sales Leak Report
In plain English, not a dashboard.
  • 90-day roadmap, priced
    Ranked by impact against effort.
  • One fix, already done
    Something better before I leave.

What the Time & Sales Leak Report measures

Every chore and every leak gets one line, and every line ends in pounds. That's how the roadmap gets ranked: biggest win for the least effort goes first.

Questions owners ask

The things people want to know before they book

What does it cost?

The Systems Audit is £495, fixed. Builds are quoted as a fixed price from the audit: Quick Win Builds start at £1,800, Full Rebuilds at £4,500. The £495 comes off any build you book within 30 days. Nothing is billed by the hour.

Do I need to understand AI?

No. That's the point of hiring me. I do the research, pick the tools, build the thing and show you how to use it. If a tool needs you to understand AI to run it, it's the wrong tool for your business.

How long does it take?

The audit is one working week. A Quick Win Build is two to three weeks. A Full Rebuild is six to eight. Dates are agreed up front and you get a short update every Friday, even when the update is “nothing changed.”

What do you need from me during the audit?

About an hour and a half of your time for the shadow session, a 10-question intake form, and access to the tools you already run the business on (view access is usually enough). A screenshot of the messy WhatsApp thread or a photo of the notebook helps more than you'd think.

What happens when you leave?

You get a one-page guide and a short video for every system, a training session for anyone who touches it, all the logins in your name, and 30 days of support. If you'd rather someone kept an eye on it, Systems Care is £350 a month and you can stop with 30 days' notice.

Do you use AI to do the work?

Yes, openly. AI does the research, the first drafts, the comparison tables and a lot of the build. That's why a week of my time gets you what used to take a month. The judgement about what your business actually needs stays with me, and the decisions stay with you.

Who is this not for?

Businesses that want an agency with a big team, anyone looking for someone to post on social media every day, and businesses that haven't started trading yet. If that's you, I'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Not sure which pillar you need first?

That's what the free 20-minute call is for. If it makes sense, the £495 audit is the next step and it tells you exactly what to fix first.
